About:

While he may not have had the best past Cecil is quite adept at making the most of his future. Taking college courses so that he may give chase to his dreams of being in the modeling or acting world he's dedicated his life to learning and doing as much as possible to ensure that he'll live his dream. At first he was very fixated on his studies but during his second year he learned the metaphorical ropes and managed enough time to befriend several other art majors. All housed in the same building he soon found a small but close group of friends who he's still fairly close to. Going out after any major production was common place and that was where he met Locke, someone who he's come to trust and hold very dear in an alarmingly short amount of time. Letting his heart take the lead he's thrown himself into the relationship and has every intention to make things work while he continues his studies and continues to chase his dreams.

While he may have several dark secrets in his past there is slim to none chance of learning these and he seems quite dead set on avoiding speaking on the subject for as long as humanly possible.

Quite outgoing and friendly Cecil is easy to get along with and befriend, and once you've become his friend his loyalty is unwavering unless it comes to his own self preservation.
