great job man, really like the design, like one suggested the blue on the photoshop seems a little bright, but who gives a shit, it's great.

They're intended for use with a dock program such as rocketdock on windows or the dock on a mac, and there are many tutorials on DA and other places, just Google (or your favourite search engine)

That's a fair enough comment to be made, as it was based from following the tutorial and then later applying the style.
