I've been collecting refs for a while, so i don't know where i get all of them, but some good deviants to check out would be: . And then i also take a lot of reference myself in figure drawing classes and whatnot. You could also google actiony words like "dance", "parkour", etc. Hope that helps! Oh, and never forget: LINE OF ACTION is the first and most important thing to draw when drawing a pose
