Description
A family of 3 ( father, mother, daughter ) decide to drive home after watching "batman the dark knight" at the cinema.

its midnight and the father who is driving has a hard time seeing the road, they crash into a pole causing their daughter in the backseat to launch forward and smash her head on the windshield, she falls between her two knocked out parents, 3 cuts on her forehead causes her to bleed out over 5 to 6 min.

at the hospital the father awakens and learns that his daughter is dead, he blames him self for her death.

2 months later his wife leaves and goes to her parents house for some space, the father is drunk and unbearable.

walking on the street the father sees a batman mask through a window of a thrift shop, a combination of brain damage from the crash, crippling depression and being drunk of his mind he believes that if he was batman on the night of the crash he would have been strong enough to save his daughter, he buys the mask.

the father starts to wear the mask everywhere causing him to lose his job, he thinks that this is a sign that he needs to spend more time protecting the weak, he does accordingly, in reality the only thing he does is walk in front of cars like a madman and terrify clueless pedestrians on the street which leads to a group of thugs catching him in an ally way, beating him and throwing him in the dumpster.

this is it he thinks at that very moment surrounded by garbage, "I must become one with the bat", so he buys a bottle of acid, goes home and douses his head with said acid, the mask melts and the acid reaches his skin causing it melt and morph with the mask, fusing them both into the abomination you see in the picture above.
