Bio:
Roarke was born in a breeding facility. People of no names, and seemingly no faces to the young otter, stuffed him in a cage along with parents that never even wanted to meet each other. From the start, he was unwanted, and a mistake since he was a mix of his Vaporeon Mother and Samurott father!!
He made a quick escape as soon as he was old enough to take care of himself (from his own point of view) and managed to nearly immediately get caught by another group... However, this one was Rocket! He had met his first (and at the time only) friend right before his apprehension. While he was reluctant to do anything other than try to escape, worried these people would be just as terrible as the ones that made him... He was pleasantly surprised when he met some of the members, and how much more pokemon there were than people! Deciding to stay, as well as drag Chill to do the same, he's ready to do whatever he's told-- With gusto!

He's easily over-excitable, and seems prone to violence. He's bad with words, but he is no liar. Eager to learn (especially about fighting) and quick to do so, if you can control him he's rather helpful! He doesn't seem to have any goals or dreams, but perfectly satisfied with where he's at. Though this may be a facade since he always seems to be looking for something... His only family according to him is Chill.

Anemone: A strange Deino Roarke came across on one of his trips to town. Despite how little Anemone spoke, they seemed to hit it off! After bringing Chill to meet him, and hanging out together a few times, Roarke is encouraging Anemone to join Rocket as well! Anemone seems reluctant..

Chill: A friend and fellow member of Rocket. Roarke calls Chill his brother, and always does his best to bring the timid Pumpkin out of his shy shell. They often sneak out on trips to town, out of uniform so that they don't cause trouble, to go hijack berries and try to find what they feel they're missing.
