Interesting shot. But I think the house in the backg ground is way to distracting. And since you used a wideangle even with used f4 the house is still in focus, so i think it kind of draw some attention away from the car.
I like the contrast between the yellow car and the blue sky, but maybe if you used a polarizer it would have darkened they sky even more and gave you more contrast between the car and sky. It would also get rid of that refelection in the wind sheild.
I would love to see this shot done with out a house in the background but just a nice blue sky.

That's where you need to bust out your power drill, remove it for the shoot, and then put it back up like nothing ever happened.

not your usual kind of shot, but it still is quite nice and sharp.
the setup is nice, having the truck up front and centred horizontally, blocking off most of the background, but allowing enough of it to be seen so that the picture doesnt look empty.
the lighting is nice, its strong enough to highlight the curves of the truck giving off a nice radiant yellow , while maintaining a soft look. it provides good contrast against the background, which makes it even more a focal point. the clear sky also helps to draw more attention to the truck.

The composition is very good. I love the grille and the tree reflections in the windshield.

Thats it! I can't take it anymore! I've decided that I absolutely MUST own a classic 50s car within the next year, before I turn 25! I don't set many goals for myself, if any, but THIS one takes the cake! I'll consider myself a complete FAILURE if I don't follow through on this! I puttin' everyone here as responsible for bearing witness to my claim!
Oh, yes, beautiful photo. As usual!
