 Hello there, my name is Alkraas and I comment on the behalf of ProjectComment . I found your art in their gallery and it caught my attention, so here I am, commenting on your piece

Firs things first, I have no idea about the game OneShot, so  I'm sorry if I say things that don't make any sense. But what caught my attention the first time I saw it was the lighting. I think having a point of where the light comes in the picture has an emotional effect, to me at least. I also want to mention that I highly adore your art style, I think it's so cute and it for sure is easy to memorize and go "Yes, this is XX's artwork!" And I am totally digging that shading and lighting, as I said, it stands out and makes the artwork special! And oh god, I applaud you for drawing those symbols on there, must've been a tiring process.

My only complaint would be that the eyes and the nose should be put a little lower, the forehead is usually much bigger and emptier than you might think. Also, I think the mouth should be a bit larger to give their expression a bit more feelings.

I would like to start off by saying... 
It's a very cute piece, the expression is adorable, and the whole idea in itself is also quite cute. 

I think you should work on the arm anatomy tho, and the folds of the clothes. It comes off as a bit stiff, and with no depth. 
The colors also seem to clash in a way? Having two dominant colors are not always a bad idea, but this time they really make your eyes fight ya kno? I suggest turning down the blue or the yellow a bit, to make it more friendly for the eye. 

The small details in the ball- are very cute, and very creative
The design of the character is very simple which i find quite appealing , the small detail of the strings not directly being attached to the other part of the scarf, is also a very charming lil detail that gives it a adorable, lighthearted vibe.
