Eight has (had >.>) so much potential. Maybe if he had survived, he would've developed into nicer guy. Maybe even cut cold turkey on the magnets.

Then again, maybe not. XD

However, you can tell that he DID have potential as a kind person and not a "bully". When Three, Four and Five were all filing into the helmet, he smiles at them (I remember seeing it... I was genuinely surprised). I'm gonna be the devil's advocate for a moment and say that he is just like almost all older siblings. He's the big brother; even Shane says so in the commentary.

It is possible that Eight was just really loyal to One AND had that big brother mentality of picking on his siblings because he's bigger. And one big thing is the idea of him ferociously bullying Six. I don't ever really see him BULLY Six, except for the part where he steps on his drawing.

My opinion on that is, THEY HAD JUST LOST THEIR HOME. It's a big possibility that he was just lashing out. It's happened to me on several occasions with my own siblings. They pick on me when they're stressed. But other than that, I never really see him actually do anything cruel to Six.

Noticing these little things helped me like Eight. Not to mention, he's just so HUGGABLE! *hides* All in all, he is a really nice character with a lot of potential.
