Do Blue's Clues and Dora even count as Nicktoons? I mean, they aired on Nick Jr. and didn't go under the "Nicktoon" brand like Rugrats or CatDog or the other Nicktoons, so I assume they're not?

They're from Nickelodeon. So, technically they are "Nick cartoons"--or Nicktoons.
