There are a ton of ways to modify skyrim my friend, but all of them are gonna take some fiddling around to get them to work. I'd recommend getting on YouTube and watching some beginning nodding tutorials. Unfortunately nothing I can convey in a comment will help you better than that.

Nexus all the way. Steam mods dont give you as much control over how and where to install, and can cause lots of issues more easily. The cleanest way to mod is to get a clear idea of what mods you want, download all of them, and start a brand new save. Any time you add or remove mods from and existing save, you risk causing lots of issues that may not be noticed until hours and hours in.

Modding isnt so bad once you get the hang of it, but I get it.

tried doing mods on xenoverse 2 to do animated saiyan tails and transformations
that arent even in the game and i couldent get that to work, moddings not for me, even followed guides

Was always bummed by the lack of vore or decent vore mods. Not into the idea of the dragonborn being the pred.. never was my thing. Like the dragon could have done it if they animated it.
