Any advice on how you made her? I'm going to be making a Bonnie cosplay.

she's made with carefully shaped foam :0 pretty much the whole thing is foam
i'd recommend cutting bigger pieces than what you need and cut down from there instead of trying to get it just right the first time, I almost made that mistake when I made the head. Her arms and legs aren't foam; they're just strips of fur wrapped around and glued to each other to make like, a segmented shirt. I allows for a pretty good range of motion. her paw was just sewn like a glove.
assuming you're not going to make bonnie in a fursuit style like I did, I'd just make him out of foam and a sort of minky fabric with the standard FNaF style :>

(even tho this is realllly late..) I suggest going to andiematronic's vids, Gaia Spanazini (not sure if that's the right spelling-) or Lighting grace! they all have videos of them making their own fnaf suits ^w^ I also would suggest using felt instead of minky or fur, felt makes it look more like Bonnie since the originals are fabric

OMG THIS IS AWESOME X3, im still working on my fursuit head and i have been working on it for about a year now but i have no fur on it and it looks like a marshmallow with eyes and a muzzle. but back to the topic, it looks great!
