Description
The main antagonist in Tales of Exicdium. The one who created the Ruanaught and the world as it exists in both ages. Once every eon or so, he reappears in the sky. He does not acknowledge the world below directly unless a call reaches him from the world below.(He actually has a tail, but it's not visible in this picture.)
Drawing eleven characters in one go is a rather lengthy task, so I took a break to finally draw this guy.
Hope you like it! Honestly, something about thi design feels more like a prototype design than a finished one though.NOTE: Okay! 0__o Normally, I tend to thank people for favorites, but for the first time, I've found myself in a position where I don't think that's an option. I woke up this morning with an inbox crammed full of favs.
So I'll have to make an exception here and say Thank You! Thanks VERY much for all the favs, guys!
Update: Never DID upload that final version with the completed version of his sword.

Well, that's pretty much how every Tales game goes down isn't it? Someone ****s up the world somehow and half the time you end up fighting them to undo it.

AHAHAHAHAA! they like doing the "we're fighting against our destined fate" or something like that.
Hmmm, the creator is the savior of one world, but he's the villain of another. in other words... there are two creators in the whole story. i still cant tell the whole description for i havent composed the story fully, yet.

Really really nice work. Though, I don't understand why he needs a sword if he's the god of creation. By nature, he shouldn't have to destroy.

I am so totally down with the design of this guy -- he is freaking epic. I also love the prototype look of it. Feels so raw and fresh, I love that!

Thanks! It looked terrible at first, but somehow he came out with all of the qualities I wanted to see; the right color balance, the sense of height, the right mix of ragged edges and regal qualities.

Its interesting how sometimes things can really looks awful when you first start out, but then if you really keep going with them they can actually end up turning out okay -- I have to sometimes remember that otherwise I never end up finishing anything I think its horrible

Actually, I have to ask, did you think he had two toes on each foot or three? (It's three, but the third toe is hidden on both feet.) I ask because if you think it looks better with just two, I might keep it that way when I draw him in the future.
