Description
The final boss of Star Ocean 4 (if you don't count the giant wall of feathers you fight after him), the Apostle of Creation.Probably one of the wordiest bosses I've ever fought.
His combat lines take so long they practically overlap. XD

I agree on the talking part. It's like "Either fight me, or just plain talk to me to death, not both. Pick one." Besides that, pretty cool.

Yeah he's cool. I like all three but he's the one who got me into Let's Playing. I want to do some myself but I am having trouble with my capture equipment. Maybe once I get a new capture card I'll do SO4.

Say, have you ever played that on a higher difficulty than the normal one? I was wondering if it's in any way more interesting on higher difficulties or if it's just the same stuff with higher stats.

Aside from increased enemy stats (x1.3 on universe and x1.7 on chaos) the only gameplay difference is on chaos mode, the targeting icons don't appear giving you few clues who's targeting whom and when you can execute blindsides. Other than that nothing really major.
if and when I LP So4 I'm making note of changes between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions like recipes and treasure locations. I play the PS3 version.

Too bad. The target thing doesn't seem like a big deal. With a lot of enemies, I just use the blindside right after the attack instead of right before, or I use the 'charge while attacking' thing. Depends on the enemy.
Great thing about Ninja Gaiden Black was that in any given fight, you might see different enemies, upgraded enemies, even totally new ones that weren't in the lower difficulties. The enemies were also smarter, and reacted faster. I wish more games would put that much effort into the upper difficulties. -__-

I'm still not sure how to use most of the blindside abilities like charge while attacking or double blindside. I also forgot to mention that on universe and chaos enemy rush charge rate goes up x1.5 and x2.0 respectively.
