Patriarch of the Cloudblins who lies surrounded by a thick blanket of clouds from which he generates small Cloudbins which carry him in combat and can create tornadoes with his mouth. They are quite common in the Goddanah and Etheria, The Floating Land (Also known simply as The "Skyworld") where they have direct contact with the clouds that strengthen them.
