Puppies like these are the result of reckless owners who let their dogs run freely with no supervision. I just hope that the puppies get into the right hands, not like the owners of the mother...Left only to themselves, they seek attention elsewhere. These two were most persistent to come into our garden to play with my dogs.

I know how you feel. If I didn't have two large dogs already...
They are not exactly stray's but do have irresponsible owners who let them wonder around the streets alone. It's a thing that more and more "great" owners practice...
