This is Carl, another character I made up myself and imagined in the classic anime show Speed Racer. Like Sparky Carl would be another mechanic buddy of Speed's helping out Pops Racer with the Mach 5. He would have a cool attitude and also be a good fighter always ready to lend a hand whenever the going gets tough. He would be voiced by Mike Martinez, the same person who voiced Tito in the Jackson 5ive cartoon series. ENJOY!
