find the .material file and open it in notepad. enter the name next to "material" where it says BaseWhite in object maker

It's not working for me! D': I have entered it correctly, making sure to put FL1 into the material file, but it says that FL1 can not be found, plz help!

You need to enter the material. You can find it on tutorials on the FH website, or this:
So, for this particular mesh, you need to look in the .material file, and where it says 'material _____' , you would type whatever the ___ is in the box where it says BaseWhite.

You have to enter the material name.
In this case, it is FL1, so enter that in the place where it says 'BaseWhite'. If there are still white spaces, click the arrow and enter it again until there are no more arrows.

I convert them, I don't make them. But to make meshes, (which I do) I use Sculptris & or Blender.
