for my own reference; i can't colour eyes haha

1. base colour
2. use the same colour for the base. change settings to multiply and fringe for the pupil
3. on a new later, same colour, change setting to multiply and add some shadow
4. on another layer, use another colour and highlight on the bottom, lower the opacity of that layer
5. open a new layer and add in the shines
6. use some neon colours for more shines idk, then on another layer add some overlay
