Funny story,Not even 2 weeks ago, did a very late night google japan image search on my Ipad. Low and behold, I stumble upon this cool looking concept art for what can assumed to be Super Mechagodzilla (One of the original ideas for Super was a combine mechanic). So I saved it without second thought ...
Now I wish I did, because waking up to this preview of A tamashii event reveal made me dig for the site again. No avail.
So ladies and gents, the Tamashii Mix Mechagodzilla seems strongly based off this artwork, not the poster
. As soon as I saw the head, something was off. And now you know!

This is.................AWESOME. Good to see this line putting out new figures besides Godzillas and repaints (though the Godzillas and repaints are looking pretty good). Though I find it odd that they're putting out this when they haven't quite exhausted all of their Hesei material yet. They can still make:
-Godzilla (1984,a normal 1989,1991,1992,1993)
-Godzillasaurus
-Brown Hesei Rodan
-Biollante Rose
-Spacegodzilla poster version
-Destroyah poster version
-Baby Godzilla
-ANYTHING from the Rebirth of Mothra or Gamera trilogies.

The Godzilla looks like a repaint of the 1994 figure hopefully the jaw is better articulated than the first release. Also badass Mechagodzilla. Hopefully there will be new figures. I'm really waiting for a Rose Form Biollante.
