Truthful Execution is an unusual singleton card i made a while ago; it was designed to explore the space of applying a lingering banish condition effect, with a small bonus on the side. Its not fancy by any means, nor is it considered "good enough" in today's power level, I just find joy in making weird singleton cards sometimes.

Trivia: Both effects can be seen as an execution being played out. The first effect is decreeing someone and a handful of their associations being executed, with the burn damage being a "hunt for the escapists" (at the expense of any unfortunate people caught in the crossfire). The GY effect can be seen as new evidence being uncovered as someone unlucky soul tried escaping.
