Picture of Foxglove in my garden. This is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen a Foxglove do.If someone can enlighten me on why it produced an odd looking flower on the top that would be great.

We have a bunch in our garden and this one just baffles me cause I've never seen it produce a flower at the top. Usually it's just the bells that hang down.
