As a starting 'hero' Shadow was a lot like the Sonic character, Shadow the Hedgehog. Everything was the same, even her powers and backstory. Unlike the official character, she had different goals in mind. Rather than revenge, she set out to make Mysterion her one and only. She goes by an means necessary to achieve this goal. Her powers include teleportation, chaos related energy, and speed. Because of her behavior, most of the heroes do not like her.
Out of costume, she is seen as a normal artsy kid. She doesn't really stand out nor does she try to. Although, it's obvious she has a crush on Mysterion if you are to look through her sketchbook. She outwardly denies that she has a crush on him, if confronted.

- When Kyle was revealed to be 'Mysterion' she had freaked out. When classes were in session she snuck out to give a love letter. She slipped it into Kyle's locker and went back to the classroom. When Kyle found it, he gave it to Kenny since it was his problem. Kenny read it and later threw it away.
- The only reason she likes Mysterion is because he reminds her of Shadow the Hedgehog.
- She doesn't like Kenny, she likes Mysterion.
- Call Girl wasn't sure how to feel about Shadow. She worked alongside her if need be, but never went out of her way to talk to her. She enjoyed her presence somewhat and would defend her.
- Even though Kenny knew she didn't know he was Mysterion, he still avoided her somewhat.

When it comes to older AUs, Shadow is not the same person as she was in the past. She's matured and has gotten over her obsessed phase. Rather than a clone of Shadow the Hedgehog, she has improved to be her own original character. A normal girl who was suddenly given the powers to wield the shadows. It works like extra arms in a sense, but if a place has too much light, she can't use her powers. The night is her best friend, as cheesy as it sounds. Her main goal is to protect what she cares for from the monsters that plan on attacking her home. A small, but important goal is to improve the relationship between her and Mysterion. Although, it doesn't seem like he is willing to forgive her.
When she isn't dressed up as Shadow, she is pretty chill. She prefers to remain in the back, but will reluctantly voice her opinion if needed. If you are to mention her 4th grade past self, she will cringe and refuse to talk about it. Wendy is the only person she will talk to about that subject. Since she doesn't stand out, people see her as a bit of a 'goody two shoes,' although that's not the case. She's just not interested in those types of things. Drinking? That's fine. Smoking? No. Doing drugs? Depends. If it weren't for Wendy, most people wouldn't know who she is. She's seen as her 'little sidekick' that does nothing.

- She still enjoys the same things she liked as a kid, just not as obsessive.
- Actually admires Mysterion for the work he does.
- She and Informer tend to work together and fight alongside each other.
- She and Wendy like to hang outside of school. She even invites her out to little group hangouts with Stan and Kyle. Although, she feels really awkward being there.
- When she found out that Kyle wasn't actually Mysterion (thanks to Wendy) she felt extremely bad for Kyle. She was shocked to hear it was actually Kenny. He 'didn't seem like the type' in her opinion.
- I'm questioning if I want to make her to have a 'slow burn' type of crush on Kenny. It's debatable, but I'm up for the idea.

If I were to compare her moves as if she were in Fractured But Whole, she'd have knockback moves and protection/shield moves. she's a defensive fighter, but can easily switch to offense if need be.

Nope. She doesn't use her hands or feet. She just uses the shadow hands from her back. If she were to do close range combat, she'd get her ass kicked. She can't fight, it's her power that does all of the work.
