My entry for #FemaleMuscle 's "Before & After" theme.When I saw what this month's theme was, I was so there.
So I decided to do a pic of Francesca reminiscing about her pre-transformation days.
Pretty content about this one, although I'm a bit concerned I messed up her left hand.

The left hand is only messed up, you don't have the grip tight enough. But it pales in comparison to the actual before and after. Very well done.
