My first try at making a calendar.The theme is "A Different Look At Israel" which is a project I've been doing for 5 years now. My different view, as a photographer and a writer, at Israel. My country, that often looks as a war zone over world media, and deserves a more "personal" point of view.

I was able to visit that beautiful country while with the UN Peace keepers in The Golan,I only wished I had had my camera then. These bring back wonderful memories. Thank you.

Of course I love you're photography... but I really love the concept of this grouping. I agree entirely that a country that is represented as being hopelessly torn apart by conflict deserves to be seen as a place where real people live. I think it helps to remind us that there is something to be saved and we should not just give up on it, falling into the belief that Israel can never find peace. very cool

wow! excellent! in my Modern World History class, we just got done learning about Israel, and in my mind, i pictured it as a completely war-torn area, so it was really something else to see a different side of the country. Thanks for posting this!
