I love how thin the boat looks, the mood is very frail.. great work!

I love the stillness. I imagine that If I was standing one the shore it would sound like I was in a vacuum, all sounds being eaten up, muted.
It also feels ominous and menacing, like some impending doom is right around the corner.
Awesome.

funny thing, the boats are not moving, when the back scene seems to have some movement. I would have imagined the opposite
still, nice photo

panning. I'm standing on another boat so I'm moving with the boat movement

This looks like a sad moment... a trip down memory lane.

Love the depth of field on this one. Would love to know if the text with you work is original or fitted in.
Thanks for sharing. Shalom.

Awesome indeed! IR really does give it a surreal tone...makes it look more like a painting than a photograph.
Nice work!

I'm no photographer but wow I like how the boats stand out & then takes you down the river. The color (in a way)! If that makes any sense.

I love so much your work, as much for the photography than for the little quotes/lyrics you post with every of them; it wouldn't be the same without them, they complete each other. Always looking forward to new posting from you, i know i'll never be disappointed.

The lyrics you posted in the comments go well with this. What song is that and who is it by? I like the idea of resting and letting the "world pass". It also reminds me a little of Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol.
"If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me, and just forget the world.
Forget what we're told, before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life."
That saying, it's fitting that the background looks blurred and the boats are in perfect focus.
I really, really like the colours. The black/teal water looks amazing, and the green in the sky is lovely. It's almost martian. A good kind of martian. The grass looks frosted.
This is stunning. Nice work.
