Description
Let’s play war games.
We’ll fight for our right to fight.
I'll kill you gently, with a smile.
And get away with it, with the beauty of politics
Let’s shake bloody hand,
Let’s say one thing, and do another.
Let’s smile and talk of peace,
While our legs, kicking under the table.
Let’s play peace games,
With a fist and a smile
****
Taken with Film (you won't find many of those in my gallery) in my trip to India.
This shot was featured in a few exhibitions dedicated to peace and understanding. I'm very proud of it.
Just a little clarification: The short poem is not aimed at this sweet kid. In no way is he to blame by the sarcasm of the words. This kid was playing some war games with his friends, and in a split second i got this genuine fist and a smile.

Sometimes you smile, sometimes you use your fists. It's just life. Brilliant work mate!
Also guard stance and a smile on boy's face reminds me, that sometimes we're happiest when fighting for something we hold dear.
I also love the details and tones here.
Yeah, film is nice but I hate waiting too

What a genuine smile
From a technical point of view... the DOF is excellent; the sharpness of the boy's face leaves us no question as to who the main subject is. Besides that, the fact that he isn't central allows the viewer too "see" more about the character. Including the boy in the background. Fist placement is near perfect, and the close-up work is excellent
