I used the cheapest "noname" A5 sketchbook

-I used just one pencil with hardness 6H, mentioned in description, but ater scanning I played with image a little bit in photoshop(contrast, tones, and other "tricks"

Yeah, without PS post-processing it would not lok so good
But I using hard pencil just because I noticed that it is easier for me to imagine while sketching when pencil makes not very contrast lines on a paper( unlike 2H, H, HB and other "B"-s are doing)...

Well, for first sketches I also use "harder" pencils, like F (between H and HB), HB or evetntually B XD These are hard pencils for me

...Maybe it just depends from personal preferences...
(I just like to draw not very contrast drawings, but then I am adding contrast to them in Photoshop, instead of B-pencils...)
