Hay I'm Pinkie pie, whats your name, how you doing, that's so great! Have you heard about my friend Rainbow Dash? One time she flew so fast she gave me puberty, then we had a party on the rock farm and everybody was so happy, of course that was before I became an orphan, but that's okay they're in a better place. Do you like parties? I love blahblahblahblahblahI started using using flash again and figured out these new fangled animation puppets, this simple walk animation is the result. I'm sure it could look better, however I am not a man of that patience.

Sorry I might have misread that a bit, I thought you were suggesting a I do a tutorial for some reason ^^
I use Adobe Flash animator, you can either hand animate frame by frame or use an animation rig that another person already made like I did here. If you want to buy the program it's like 400 bucks, however it can also be pirated pretty easily.

Thank you, they are a pain but I finally got them figured out I think. Now I can do more ore less what I want with them.
