I colored the Eagle in pencil crayons and painted the background in with watercoloursthis took me about 2 hours

it looks like it could be done using coffee or tea or something(Because I really suck at mixing colors using paint and color pencils)

I want to try an experiment and do the same with a bit of colored pencil powder and water and see the effect it does
I know there's pencils made specifically for that
but I want to do it with the prismacolors I have
