The sad thing is, I often parade around with a santa hat on at this time of year. I've even been know to mount one on the back of the Cannon XL2 I use on occasion.

My church has a million and one of them, plus a few thousand Cat in the Hat hat's. One of them has a motor in them, so the top randomly flips sides for no reason. It always weirds out people, as they think something is different, but don't want to say anything.
I totally want a reindeer puppet now.
