I don't own any ear buds, so I don't like them. (They hurt my ears, anyways.)I did this in about five minutes...but I really needed a new ID.

I prefer earbuds when I'm moving around, or if I'm just out and about. At home in private, I use big, high quality headphones.
The iPod's ear buds aren't that good, but they are better than most common earbuds out there. If you want quality earbuds, though, you have to pay a bit, around $200....

That's nothing. You can get earbuds in the $1000+ range. They actually mold them to your ears, for a perfict, really comfy fit.
And the $200 earbuds actually sound better than many store bought headphones...

Earbuds are those stupid little headphones that come with iPods. You know, the white ones that go in your ears.

No, I knew who you were, but for a second I forgot whose picture I was looking at.
Oh... I have those... the left one falls out all the time, but I prefer to wear them because my regular headphones wrap around the back of the head which bugs me.
I can't stop laughing about that photo. It amuses me so.

Those big headphones tend to look more comfortable anyway. I've seen one of those earbud thingies, and I thought, "You mean they go inside the ear? Ouch!"
There's been a lot of talk about those earbuds being bad for your ears, anyway. I don't think it's been conclusively proven yet, though (seems most iPod fanatics just turn their music up too loud), but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be concerned (no matter how many ears you have)!

I know. xD I think my ears are too small for them, or something, cause they always hurt. xP I love the giant kind. Better sound, too.

They actually make 5.1 surround sound headphones now, but they're still new enough to be prohibitively expensive. I suppose a similar effect could be achieved with multiple pairs of headphones... that might not be very comfortable, though, but it would probably be fun to see!

Ear buds are useless... unless you need to talk to people while still listening to music... I got the biggest most sound-proof earphones I could find.
