Well actually...
I am planning on drawing Rosario Vampire characters drawn to resemble those drawn by Kubo-sama.
Is it okay if I use this and redraw it to resemble Kubo's work?

Question: ΒΏWhat Vector means? I saw it before but i never know what is... ΒΏIt's a kind a of Render or something? Again, it's amazing

Vector is just a type of format for an image that when working with will always stay crisp and never get fuzzy when zoomed in really far. You know when you zoom really far into an image and you can see all the little pixels thats a normal jpeg and what not vectors do do that.
