My only complain is the flower from the center. As it is the main focus point of the image, you could have chosen a different crop that could have transmitted even more feeling than the actual crop.

Great shot! I've been doing a lot of these close up macros myself. I can't tell if you did Manual Focus or Auto-Focus, but one recommendation I have is to use a slightly smaller aperture, so it'll bring out a little more of the details on your subject, usually f/8 is a good sweet spot for these sorts of images.
