I think that the quality of your work would rise significantly if you tried diffrent expressions. It seems that everyone wears the same one. I mean you are awesome to begin with. I am sure that a litte variety will make you outstanding

I love the difference between the skin tones, but the nose on the tall guy seems to go way too far up at the point. Unless it's supposed to because he's some other species that has a nose like that. Wouldn't put it past you for your characters.
