You have a lot of skill with copics, inking and coloring. I adore you for those skills. Your characters faces are very neutral, but also have a slight expression. This person you colored (to me) looks like he has a slightly aggressive expression.
I feel that if you bring more expression into his face (or any other character's face that you draw), it'll enhance the feeling of the picture by a lot. You can bring out the feelings by tweeking the face muscles and such (but I'm pretty sure you already know that lol) .
If you enable people to feel the characters emotions by just viewing their face and possibly body movements, you establish a connection between your viewers and your characters, and I think that is an important element for an artist to have.
When I look at your characters, I want to feel the emotions that they are feeling, and I think that many people (even people who are not artists, but just... the norms) seek emotions that relate closely to their own feelings. When I view your artwork, there's some sort of feeling lacking from them.

But I must say, I absolutely adore the colour blue you chose... I hate most shades of blue, but sometimes people pick just the right one, and this is such a scenario.
