Most Yoko's do it simply because they'll get attention, or because she shows off her figure a lot. With those girls (can't be called women because they don't deserve that respect), you can tell immediately.
However, while the character is drawn quite sexily in the animation and official artwork, her actual personality is pretty much just a girl who dresses how she wants and kicks ass. I feel like you capture that in your cosplay.
Cosplay comes down to accuracy of the costume, suitability of the 'player, and their ability to portray the character. Your costume is accurate, and while you may not be...*ahem* as well endowned as Yoko, you suit her oblivious-to-her-own-sexuality nature, and the way you pose and portray her in photos is definitely some of the best Yoko I've seen.
