Woot! Explination!The one on the left is Florence. The one on the right is Gabriel.
They are secret lovers. Or at least they were, until Gabriel's family (who are very powerful, and rich, with connections to the mafia) found out
Uh oh! So, to preserve their reputation Gabriel's family sends a hitman after Florence (cause they're both guys, despite the long hair). Florence and Gabriel are out being all sneaky and in love, when the hitman arrives. The hitman shoots Florence right in the forehead (he is a hitman afterall, he has to have a good shoot, and Florence isn't a super human with inhanced powers able to detect the hitman... yet). Gabriel, distraught and such, uses ancient black magic to try and revive Florence (it's modern fantasy, yo). Unfortunatly, it's black magic. And that always goes wrong.Gabriel manages to bring back Florence, but the cosmos demands a soul! So Gabriel accidently exchanges his life for Florence's. This is Gabriel and Florence's last few moments together. Gabriel doesn't exactly realise that he's about to die, and saying nice fluffy things like how they'll always be together, and happy forever. Florence who understands the situation, is nodding and agreeing so as not to upset Gabriel. Aww

Gabriel's death leaves Florence broken, and less than sane. He vows revenge on Gabriel's family, and the mean hitman. He has also been equipt with superhuman powers, because that's what happens when you come back from the dead. He also gets a cool mask.
Sorry for the crappiness of the inking. I used a glitter pen... not good idea. Took about 1 - 1 and a half hours (I know this because during the time I drew it I saw the Fairly Odd Parents, a program about millionare cats, and part of Avatar: The Last Airbender). Rawr ^^

Don't worry, Florence will litter (no, that makes it sound like he's unwanted...line) make that LINe the pages of my school books for a long time. I've already planned the end of the comic in my physics book (they're about 2cm tall each o__0)

YAY!!!!!! I was gonna start up a section on my space (you know, MSN spaces) but am useless at figuring out what goes where and also couldn't be bothered. I'll make a shrine in my homework diary and I'll just write FLORENCE in big flowery letters over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

So wait, which is Gabriel? My only problem with this piece is that they both look feminine.
Which I suppose is a particular fashionable style, just not one I'm particularly fond of. Well besides that, I think you've done a rather good job on this. I particularly like how the frame's skull motif ties in with the black-haired dude/dudette's shirt. Always good to tie things together.

It's true about the feminine-ness of both of them. I try to make them look masculine, and while it looks slightly better than what they used to look like, they still look like girls! My way to tell my female and male characters apart is the males are flat chested 
Oh well, I think guys that look like girls are cute, so it works well for me. Each to their own

So Florence still has that bullet hole in his forehead, even though he's not dead anymore? You should turn this into a comic!! And scan it into DA! It will make me happy.

Oh, I shall! I drew another picture in this series. Alas it shames me, and it doens't make sense because the chick was floating in the air. So I drew swirlys and stars around the chick, but that just made it look silly. Woe for Milly.
I think in that picture, the wound is gone, but the blood is still there. On his masks (which he makes later) it has a permanant bullet hole type thing in it to show the injustice to the world!!
