He likes socializing with other people but manages fine by himself too. It might seem like he's your good pal from the first moment forth, but in truth it takes time for him to consider you a real good friend. Time and effort.
Usually it's hard to make him angry, but if you cross him or his friends, it's sure that he will change his attitude towards you until you have fixed the situation yourself, if you can. Has a good sense of morale, at least he thinks so, and doesn't want to disrespect anyone on purpose. Once you've become something between a great friend or acquaintance to him, he'll start being protective over you, and in time... he'd do anything for your sake.
But he has his negative sides, that of lacking the faith that someone could really need him besides his little brother. A bit of self loathing.

History:
  Peco was the first born to his family. His mother and father were good parents, hard working couple who wanted to make the future of their offspring safe and good. After Peco had reached the age of 10, the family grew to have one more child, a baby boy. Peco now had a little brother in the family so his parents paid much more attention to the little turd instead of him. So it left him a lot of time to think for himself and slowly with years become more independent. His parents had very different occupations from what Peco wanted for himself. He never stopped having a great time with his brother, but the bonds between him and his parents seemed to drift with every year that passed. So after trying out for few failed jobs, he wanted to try something much more different from the usual less physical work he always chose. And he wanted to get away from the arms of his parents so he could live more independently. But where could he get that? Since there was no chances for change to be found, he kept living with his parents for a good while more, repeating the old lifestyle he had.
  Until the day, when he was picking the mail as usual, bringing it inside to check what had arrived. His parents were still working but his brother was there when he found the envelope. It was odd because no such envelopes usually appeared in their mail. His brother told him to open it, doubting their parents would mind. And what Peco read from the letter was something to make his eyes sparkle with excitement. This could be it! This could be his ticket to freedom and independence! Peco made sure to present this idea to his parents and the whole family agreed to it after a long serious discussion. The young man hoped it was not too late now, and called in for his own spot. Maybe this time things work out...? He sure hoped so, and once the day came to leave, he was all ready and excited... maybe a tad nervous too? But that didn't stop him as he can still remember clear as yesterday how he took his first steps onto the ferry. After those steps his own future begun, Coffee town, how could you resist?

Additional info:
- force of habit; often has his fingers playing with the plugs
- bad balance, not a surprise if he trips and falls on his face
- wears contact lenses everywhere else except at his own place.
- has a hobby of doodling accessory and shoes when off work.
- the shirt he wears on top of his 'wetsuit' is actually handmade by himself! Of old clothes he could gather into a comfy and not too hot form of a top to wear under the warm sun.

I'm best available through DISCORD nowadays, but also if you use skype, i am there too. My replies come slow and i might forget them a lot without someone reminding me to do it, so i apologize if sometimes i end up not replying for a while! Please feel free to poke at me when that happens.
