This is my entry for the the perfect dress contest by !!Done in Photoshop CS.
Why do I think it's perfect? Well... Think about it: it has a nice look even if the model is falling on the ground
To tell the truth I have another version and I don't know which one to submit to the contest...
I submitted the Pink Dress too, and you know... I love pink!
in the background you can see waterbagcloudflourTEXTURE by in the skirt there's the music texture by and once more the dangling glows by -Gin-

Hmm tough choice
I really like this darker one, but considering the concept of the perfect dress you tried to represent, I think the other version is more suitable, since it is more delicate and smooth.

I really don't know... I'll accept FroweMinahild's advice and post this dark one. I must say that my gallery needed something "dark"! Maybe I'll make some other in the future ^^
