Yay my third deviation ^o^Anyways, this is another one of my Oc's Neo :3 (Its short for Neopolitan, the ice cream flavor ) I decided to give her that name cause of the colore of her hair ^^
I'm still having trouble though with figuring out the best way to make the line art. If anyone knows how to make a nicer lineart, let me know k?
