WOW Gio! This is pretty good! And I actually like the color, makes the city look like it's on another planet, which I think is what your going with.

As a background artist, I'd suggest adding a few more details, specifically in the foreground, Add air-conditioners to the roofs, more windows, landing pads for ships... if you do it in the foreground, then our minds will fill the background with the same stuff, you know what I mean? For those planets back there, here's a better way to make em: Make a perfect circle with the marquee tool, then, using the gradient tool, make a gradient of the color of your choice. Mess around with more layers, adding shadows, or, play with the gradients sets that come with photoshop, you can make some very interesting planets with those.

All in all, very good piece. I like the direction your going into;}
