It's fun when you have a lot of drawings like these, fun to practice, some took more than others, some were just with ball point pen ( which i love) some with just pencils and some with inks and/or markers. Pretty much to study faces i guess, i've been practicing with the andrew loomis books, for faces and etc and it really helps out a lot. I need to practice some more and on the women specially.Related content

yeah ballpoint pen is real fun- pretty much the tool of choice for me in sketchbooks (cuz I just fear the pencils getting obliterated over time in my books as I don't spray them pages)

hey! thanks, man. yeah i love using the ballpoint pen to
get me started, to warm up the hand, because i feel like
with the pencil i'm afraid to mess up the drawing and if i
mess up the drawing with the pen i don't care, so i'm not
afraid and i love how they turn out.
