Description
The Human struggles between Right and Wrong, becoming a battleground for Good and Evil. Good embraces its Soul, Evil invades it. The Soul lapses into both realms, creating a vertigo of inner turmoil, twisting and stretching to the extreme. Will it find the inner power to overcome the Forces of Darkness, and join with the Light, or will Evil suck its Soul down to the Depths of Hell? A battle of the moment which every Human must face.Related content

.... and sorry for the misunderstanding, when I said I didn't see the similarities regarding your work and mine, I thought you mean the "technical"/visual elements ....
It is almost the exact concept behind the image, indeed! Your work express much more direct/emational/dramatic the feeling that is so "cryptic" /hidden in my entry for the contest.... I'm a sucker for details/visual "beauty"... I guess it's a feminine thing

Yeah, it's pretty cool how the same concept can be manifested by two artists completely differently. Thanx anywayz...

Stunningly beautiful. I love the pose of the figure. Highly expressive and elegant. Excellent sense of movement. Mystical and stunning.

Nice movement and flow. Great concept as well. Is this made in b&w or will there be a colored version of it as well? Your usage of color in addition to movement has been one of your strengths.. So is there a purpose to it other than the duality of good and evil? (as I see it)

Thanks, also for asking this question. For me pure good and evil, can't be anything but white and black. It just wouldn't be proper to use any color for them. For instance, I might think of good as bluish, yet for someone else that might be cold and cruel... For me evil is hues of dark red, yet for others it's warmth and pleasant feelings. But no-one would dispute that good is light and evil is dark.
In any case, on The Messenger I used colors. Maybe for the better, maybe for the worse... But of course those figures are just soldiers of good and evil.

I think colors can underline and even strengthen the contrasts of good and evil by using contrasting colors and movement. I fully understand the "complete objective" angle to the concept you express in this peace. Alltho I think the difference between colors and b&w becomes irrelevant since the peace itself would hold the definitions apart either way.
In other words; both would be right in my mind.
Just a thought
This peace does however give another dimension to you as an artist. In my view anyways. It shows me that we have thought about some of the same stuff concerning what meanings colors give to different people.
