He’s done. I stayed up till 10 am working on it so I can ship today and he’s done. I am so happy and proud. He’s such an adorable little bot. I think I’ll cry watching him leave. Maybe I’ll make one for myself.
This is Pipsqueak, or ‘Pip’. Based on Wildxside’s fanbot .
I designed the Pattern myself. Used 14mm plastic owl eyes. Yarn is acrylic, stuffed with recycled pillow stuffing and embellished with felt and yarn. He took me about two weeks to make, but I know I could have knocked that down to one if I really tried. He measures 15 inches all. Bigger than expected, but that’s because of the smoke stack.
Gotta Say, if more fanbots were designed like this, I’d be building them all.
