Notes: Back when I was in the navy I started a little tradition where I tried to collect at least one mini from other countries i visited while on deployment. Picked this guy up at the store in Paris, France. I even put the french flag on his right pouldron, lol. This one is particuarly special to me because I got to spend this shoreleave with my older sister, whom I hadn't seen since she moved out of coutnry.
