One of the 14 boxes I made for Anime North 2009 Crafts Corner.This one featured Light and L, pyrography, on a box that resembled a book.
I had two of these, and both sold.

Yah, it was the main initiator to make it a Deathnote box... the book idea got a lot of attention at the con! XD

Some are put together by myself- I have friends that work for Encore co/inc that get the blueprints to making some of the boxes that you find in dollar stores and the like. They just pass along the blue prints to myself and I put together the boxes according to those.
Other times, people bring me the boxes from all over- Value Village (one of the boxes I'm going to put up is an ex-VV box), or where ever. These ones my sister brought me from out west. She said a local Arts&Crafts store had them.
