I'm still a beginner with animations
I wanted to try a combination of Flash and Sai ~
It's something simple, but I liked the result <3
Although this was not my original idea, it was going to be more complex, but I was not going to reach the time
Even so, I enjoy drawing Miley -^^-

This last month I have practiced doing them, although I have not decided between Tweening and Frame by Frame

Frame by Frame is hard work, but you could get something like Cuphead. Really accurate and flowing.
