This is #3 of three Hikuni's I've created; I'll try to have the second one up by tomorrow.
Alrighty, this Hikuni is basically a fake magician. In his world, people believe that Magicks are real when they should barely be considered a word. This Hikuni uses peoples' superstitions against them, casting a fake spell and giving them a detailed description of what is happening to them, so that their mind can believe what he's saying and work out the rest on its own. He lets a few survivors get away to spread his feared reputation around the country side so that no one will mess with him.
Basically, he's a VERY good actor who uses a bunch of flash to get people to go;
And this probably doesn't make any sense.
But I'm posting it anyway.
