What a handsome dude you've drawn here! He's got a proud face with an appealing angular rhythm to it. But I also like how is expression is a bit, 'Ehh, could be bigger.'
I'm not surprised silicone/saline/that whole shtick doesn't get much art attention, but it definitely has an appeal that distinguishes itself from idealized hyper, yeah?

Ah, I love pumping and silicone. Y'know glucose and saline are temporary versions of silicone, just sayin'. Also, I pump my nips and am trying to get to 200lb of muscle (5'8" tall) so I can have nice big pecs like this with huge nips. ^__^
