She's not turning into anything in particular, it's sort of an amphibious dragon dinosaur thing. I like her foot and elbow. and the fact that I attempted to make a background is good.

Melanie woke up this morning with serious cramps, at first she was almost happy, as her period had been a little late and she'd been getting nervous, but as the pressure and pain built all she could think of was relief. The bathtub seems like an appealing place, she'd ridden through cramps before, but the tub seems especially comforting. She's hardly started a bath before the pain overcomes logic and she simply takes a seat in the tub. Then she begins to feel the egg moving inside her. Consciously panicked, upwelling instinct takes over and she arches her back, pushing against the natural resistance of her pelvic joints until they give away softly. This sudden impossible contortion brings Melanie's consciousness to the surface again and she can feel her body changing drastically. Being no idiot, she realizes that this is much much worse than the 'simple' pregnancy she feared.
